"Très déçus par notre expérience. Après une longue discussion avec les assistantes et le médecin, nous nous sommes mis d’accord sur un prix de 24 800 THB pour le traitement de ma femme à faire de suite car tout le monde était disponible de suite ! Au moment de payer, on nous a annoncé, pour la première fois, qu’un supplément de 2 % serait appliqué si nous utilisions une carte bancaire. Cette information aurait dû être communiquée dès le début. Ils ont ensuite insisté à plusieurs reprises pour que nous réglions en espèces, alors que nous ne disposions pas d’une telle somme en liquide. Nous avons donc essayé de trouver une solution en effectuant un virement bancaire vers un compte européen, puis vers un compte thaïlandais. Dans les deux cas, le paiement n’a pas pu aboutir. Les comptes communiqués étaient au nom d’un particulier et non au nom de la clinique, ce qui a posé un problème avec les procédures de vérification de notre banque. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps à essayer de régler cette situation, sans qu’une solution satisfaisante ne nous soit proposée. Pour une clinique réalisant des traitements esthétiques à ce niveau de prix, nous nous attendions à une politique de paiement claire et transparente dès le départ, avec des moyens de paiement simples et sans mauvaise surprise. Nous avons finalement choisi une autre clinique, où le prix annoncé a été respecté et où le paiement par carte bancaire a été accepté sans frais supplémentaires."
