Single-Side Double Eyelid Surgery — Immediately Post-Operation

While double eyelid surgery is typically performed on both eyes simultaneously at Pongsak Clinic, this patient presented with significantly heavier lid drooping on the left side compared to the right, with the excess skin causing partial obstruction of vision. Based on the patient's preference and clinical presentation, surgery was performed on the left eye only.

Immediately following the procedure, a noticeable reduction in excess eyelid skin is visible, and the eyelid level of both eyes is now considerably more symmetrical. Performed by Dr. Pongsak.
